2023 – Technical Due Diligence

Conducted detailed technical due diligence of the iconic premium ICD Brookfield mix-used developments in DIFC as part of the partnership between Brookfield and Lunate & Olayan.

The survey consisted of multiple deliverables, including a comprehensive review of the property’s condition, credentials, operation documents status and on-site inspection.

Masdar City, Abu Dhabi

2024 – Technical Due Diligence

Conducted detailed technical due diligence of multiple assets within Masdar City as part of the Aldar-Mubadala joint venture establishment to acquire and manage strategic real estate across Abu Dhabi.

2021 – Cost Allocation & Reserve (Sinking) Fund Study

Delivered a comprehensive cost allocation study for the Masdar City master community to determine the appropriate allocation of the annual charges. Additionally, delivered a Reserve (Sinking) Fund Study to support long-term maintenance and financial planning.

One at Palm Jumeirah, Dubai

2021 – Building Completion (escrow) Audit

Conducted a Building Completion Audit (BCA) for Omniyat Properties in compliance with RERA regulations to facilitate the release of the project escrow account.

The scope included re-inspections to confirm that all identified defects were rectified and to secure the necessary NOC for escrow release.

Montrose Towers A, B & C, Dubai Science Park

2019 – Snagging Handover Inspections

Delivered comprehensive snagging inspections across three 20-storey residential towers by Deyaar.

The scope covered all apartments and common areas, checking finishes, MEP installations, and façades.

Detailed reports with photos and defect schedules were issued to support timely rectification before handover.

Villanova Community, Dubai

2019 – Snagging & De-Snagging Surveys

Delivered comprehensive snagging and de-snagging services across the entire Villanova community in Dubailand, covering multiple clusters of villas and townhouses.

Managed a team of surveyors to inspect internal finishes, MEP systems, and common areas, ensuring all defects were recorded, reported, and closed out efficiently. Successfully completed handover readiness for all units in this large-scale residential development.
